Sessions are conducted remotely via video call, screen share, or asynchronous review — whatever fits the engagement. Time is billed by the hour and invoiced at the end of each billing period.

Terms and policies
Refund Policy
All services are billed by the hour for consulting time delivered. Because the deliverable is professional time and expertise, refunds are generally not applicable for hours already worked. However, if you are unsatisfied with a session, contact me within 7 days and I will work with you to find a fair resolution. If an engagement is cancelled before any work is performed, any payment received will be refunded in full.
Delivery Policy
All services are delivered remotely via video call, screen share, or written deliverables such as documents, code reviews, and architecture diagrams. Scheduling is agreed upon in advance. Any written deliverables are provided digitally via email or shared workspace within the agreed timeline.
Cancellation Policy
Either party may end an engagement at any time, for any reason, with no notice required. There are no long-term commitments or contracts beyond the agreed hourly arrangement. If an engagement is cancelled before any work is performed, any payment received will be refunded in full.

Build Forward LLC collects only the information necessary to provide services: your name, email address, and company name. If payment is required, it is handled securely through a trusted third-party payment processor — credit card details are never stored on our systems.
